Kara Focht studied speech-language pathology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She received her master’s degree in 2015 and has been with Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals ever since. Kara has experience treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders for pediatric and adult populations. She has a special interest in cognitive-communication and is the primary SLP for the outpatient mTBI/concussion clinic. In her free time, Kara enjoys staying active, volunteering in the Omaha community, and sharing good food with friends and family.
