Based on your results, we recommend contacting your care provider to see if post-COVID rehabilitation could help with symptom management. The provider can then refer you to Madonna’s Post-COVID Assessment and Rehabilitation Clinic.
These results are meant to inform a conversation with your physician or medical care provider. The results of the assessment do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
If you think you are a candidate for post-COVID rehabilitation, consult your healthcare provider for a referral.
Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals offers a setting for individuals who may be affected by post-COVID to find more information, ask questions and receive support.
Many find that sharing their story brings a sense of relief, but it can also empower others in the group. This feeling of community can be immeasurably helpful during the healing process. Post-COVID support groups are offered on both our Lincoln and Omaha campuses, as well as Zoom options. Groups are open to the public and participants are not required to be a patient at Madonna.
